Scholarships in Life Sciences Communication
Because of the generosity of Life Sciences Communication alumni and friends, we are able to offer scholarships for outstanding undergraduate and graduate students in our program. Below is a complete listing of the scholarships currently offered by the department.
How to apply:
Please simply fill out the CALS Continuing Student Scholarship Application. You can access the application through your student center at MyUW under “Scholarships@UW-Madison”. Once you have entered your campus ID number, the portal will automatically take you to the CALS application.
Remember, when you complete the Continuing Student Scholarship Application, you will automatically be considered for any scholarship for which you are qualified. This includes Life Sciences Communication Scholarships as well as scholarships throughout the rest of CALS. Please contact LSC Program Administration if you have any questions.
Deadline: Feb 4, 2013 at midnight.
All CALS students who submit an application will be considered for all CALS scholarships as appropriate depending on some or all of the following: academic achievement, personal qualifications, financial need, career interests, and/or major/program of interest.
To be considered for scholarships with a financial need component you must have a FAFSA filed. Please review this website.
To ensure consideration of your scholarship application, it must be received by midnight, February 4, 2013. Distribution of all CALS awards is contingent on your acceptance to UW-Madison and enrollment in a CALS program in Fall 2013.
Please email undergrads@cals.wisc.edu, for both undergraduate and graduate inquiries, or call 608/262-3003 for more information about CALS scholarships.
