New semester brings new opportunities for LSC students

Life Sciences Communication University of Wisconsin MadisonTuesday, September 6th, marks the start of the fall semester and we are excited to welcome students back to Hiram Smith Hall. The faculty and staff at the Department of Life Sciences Communication are looking forward to meeting new and returning graduate and undergraduate students as they begin their classes.

We have many exciting classes and projects going on this fall in LSC and we hope to see students from across the department involved.

This semester LSC is welcoming two new lecturers. Heidi Zoerb is the Associate Dean for External Relations and Advancement in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.  This semester she will bring her expertise to the classroom teaching LSC 435: Theory and Practice of Integrated Marketing Communications.

Gunther Nelson is a broadcast television professional who has provided award-winning production for over 25 years working for various major networks for shows such as Good Morning America, SportsCenter, CBS This Morning and more.  This semester he will be teaching LSC 314: Introduction to Digital Video Production.
